Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Kasper Workflow Strategies client portal and services. Last updated July 2026. See also our Privacy & Call Recording Notice.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you (the business named in your engagement letter) and Kasper Workflow Strategies (“Kasper,” “we”). By signing an engagement letter or using this portal, you accept them. If a signed engagement letter conflicts with these terms, the engagement letter wins.

2. The service

Kasper builds and operates AI-powered workflows for your business, which may include AI voice agents that answer and place calls, text messaging, email summaries and drafting, a chat assistant, and this portal for reviewing usage, billing, transcripts, and settings. The specific services you receive are described in your engagement letter.

3. Your account

Portal access is by invitation. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the services to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, place unlawful robocalls, or attempt to access other clients' data or probe the security of the system. We may suspend service to protect the platform or comply with law.

5. Fees & billing

Fees, included usage (such as call minutes), and overage rates are set in your engagement letter and shown in your portal's billing section. Usage beyond included amounts is billed at your overage rate. Fees are due as invoiced; we may suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice.

6. Your content & data

Your business data — calls, transcripts, emails, contacts — belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the services for you (for example, transcribing your calls or summarizing your inbox). How we collect, store, and protect data is described in the Privacy & Call Recording Notice. We do not sell your data. You can request export or deletion at any time.

7. AI outputs

The services use artificial intelligence. AI-generated content — call handling, summaries, digests, and drafted emails — can contain errors or omissions. Drafts are prepared for your review and are never sent without your action. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for business, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

8. Call recording & compliance

Calls handled by your agents may be recorded and transcribed. Recording-consent and telemarketing laws vary by state and country; you are responsible for ensuring your use of voice, SMS, and email features complies with the laws that apply to your business and your callers, including any required disclosures. We configure standard disclosures on request.

9. Third-party services

The services are built on third-party providers — for example telephony and voice platforms, AI model providers, and Nylas with Google or Microsoft for connected email. Their availability affects ours, and your use of connected accounts is also subject to those providers' terms.

10. Termination

Either party may end service as described in your engagement letter. On termination we'll stop the automations, disconnect connected accounts, and, on request, export then delete your data.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or missed calls). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to you, and continued use after notice is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
